Parts City Motorcycle Giveaway Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The sponsor is Parts City LTE, 349 N Highway 59, Kansas, OK 74347 (“Sponsor”). The promotion is administered by Sponsor and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, GoHighLevel, Twilio, Retell AI, or any other platform used to communicate about it.

2. Promotion period

The promotion begins on August 1, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Central Time. Entries close on August 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time. Sponsor's systems and records are the official timekeeping method.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Oklahoma who are at least 18 years old at entry and who can pick up the prize at Parts City in Kansas, Oklahoma. Owners and employees of Sponsor, their immediate family and household members, and vendors or agents directly involved in administering the promotion are not eligible. Professional or commercial account status alone does not disqualify a customer. Void where prohibited.

4. How to enter without a purchase

During the promotion period, an eligible person may participate using the Parts City after-hours telephone assistant or by emailing partscitylte@gmail.com with the subject “Motorcycle Giveaway Entry.” An email entry must include the entrant's full name, telephone number, city and state, and the statement “I am at least 18 and agree to the official rules.” No purchase, payment, or order is required.

Automated, bulk, fictitious, incomplete, unintelligible, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified. Normal telephone, internet, or data charges imposed by an entrant's provider may apply.

5. Entry values and daily limit

Qualifying telephone-assistant interactions must concern an honest automotive-parts need. Requests about non-automotive equipment, general trivia, or unrelated services do not qualify. A qualifying interaction receives only the highest level it completes; levels do not stack within the same interaction. Sponsor may review the interaction record to classify it consistently.

• 1 entry: Provide or confirm usable contact information by phone or by replying to a giveaway email.
• 5 entries: Make a substantive automotive-parts request or leave an actionable automotive-parts message for the team.
• 10 entries: Complete a qualifying automotive-parts lookup with the assistant using details such as year, make, model, application, symptoms, or part information. No purchase or payment is required.

A person may receive no more than 20 entries per calendar day, regardless of the number or type of interactions. A complete email entry submitted under Section 4 receives 20 entries for that calendar day, providing an equal free route that does not require using the telephone assistant. Only one email entry per person per calendar day is permitted.

A purchase, payment, or completed transaction does not earn additional entries and will not improve the chance of winning.

6. Prize

One winner will receive one Parts City-branded 50cc motorcycle, with an approximate retail value of $600. The prize is awarded as-is, without cash alternative, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Sponsor will cover any required title, registration, and prize-related taxes due at award. The winner must pick up the motorcycle at Parts City; Sponsor will not ship it. After possession is transferred, the winner is responsible for transport, fuel, safety equipment, maintenance, lawful use, and all related liability.

7. Winner selection, notification, and pickup

Sponsor plans to select one potential winner at random from all eligible entries on or about September 7, 2026. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner need not be present at the drawing. Sponsor will attempt notification through every usable contact method supplied by the entrant.

The potential winner must respond and complete pickup within 10 calendar days after the initial notification. If the potential winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, does not respond or pick up the prize on time, refuses the prize, or cannot satisfy the pickup requirements, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random.

The verified winner must arrange pickup at 349 N Highway 59, Kansas, OK 74347, be willing to take a winner photograph for Sponsor's online announcement, and may be required to show government-issued identification and sign eligibility, liability, tax, and publicity documents before receiving the prize.

8. Publicity and privacy

Except where prohibited, accepting the prize permits Sponsor to use the winner's name, city, photograph, voice, and likeness for promotion without additional payment. Entry information will be used to administer the promotion and communicate with entrants in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy and applicable consent choices. Marketing consent is not a condition of entry.

9. Conduct and administration

Sponsor may disqualify a person who tampers with the entry process, uses deceptive or abusive conduct, submits false information, or attempts to obtain entries contrary to these rules. If fraud, technical failure, force majeure, or another event impairs the integrity of the promotion, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate it and select a winner from eligible entries received before the impairment, subject to applicable law.
